Spyglass Ridge

The clients wanted to create a retreat in their basement bathroom with a steam shower where they could go and relax after a game of tennis or golf. We removed a large built-up podium tub and small alcove shower and created a large custom steam shower with L-shaped bench and floor to ceiling tile and glass with a transom window allowing steam to escape as needed. Because of the lower ceilings a flush mount shower head was installed in the center of the shower maximizing head room. There is also a dry area just outside for towels and robes. The other fixtures were simply replaced and heated flooring was installed so the floor would be cozy and warm as you step out of the shower.
